Former Valencia basketball player Justin Anderson will continue his career in Spain next season, but with a new club. According to reports from local media, Anderson will join Barcelona.
This transfer comes as Valencia has decided to withdraw from the EuroLeague and compete in the EuroCup next season, resulting in significant changes to their roster. Anderson averaged 6.1 points and 2.2 rebounds per game during his previous season with Valencia. Although he arrived mid-season, he showed notable improvement and potential towards the end of the competition.
Throughout his career, Anderson has played for several NBA teams, including the Dallas Mavericks, Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Indiana Pacers. Before joining Valencia, he also played for Rio Breogan in Europe.
His move to Barcelona is expected to bolster the team as they prepare for the upcoming season in the top European competitions.
